This goes to show that you can be the most out of shape, excessive drinker, in such a bad place in your life and soul, and completely change it around. If you want to do it, you can, and I am proof of that.
What don't you like? Now is the time to have a think and just change it, it really is that simple.
When the booze was binned, it really did make me start to see my life, and me, with much clearer eyes. I was an emotional drinker and was using alcohol to mask inner pain but when you stop, you start working through your inner stuff you have kept hidden for so long.
