Our policy is simple... we hope you love our clothes, but if there are any issues, let us know and we will put it right straight away.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really appreciate you shopping with VEGAN Happy so in the event there is something not right and you need to return something, simply put the below FREEPOST address on your parcel (use the original packaging if you can) and send it back to us with the original dispatch note and reason for return.
As soon as we get the item back here we will credit your account immediately or supply the replacement item, whatever you have requested and prefer.

RULES OF RETURN...
1. Item must not be worn or be damaged in any way.
2. Item must be returned to VEGAN Happy within 30 days of purchase ideally for a full refund (we will refund things long after this if need be so shop in confidence).
3. Item must be returned in it's original undamaged sales packaging.
4. Please return the original dispatch note back with reason for return clearly labeled.
RETURNS FREEPOST ADDRESS...
We are happy for you to return any item you are not happy with, you you want to swap for another size. Just send it back to us by using the address below, or downloading the FREEPOST label HERE.
Don't worry if you don't have a printer, you can just write this on the package and it will get back to us.
REMEMBER... just drop it at the Post Office, no need to pay anything.
